These boy was found wandering around with his siblings. They are terrified, however love quickly and know how to walk on leash. He has done great with other dogs here at the shelter so far. He seems to absolutely love everyone he meets. The dogs in the photo are Theodore (rescued), Alvin and Simon.This dog has been available for 27 days

Adoption fees are $20 (cash or check only) per dog with an approved adoption application.

- Adoption of dogs is open to residents of Grayson, Carroll, Pulaski, Bland, Smyth and Wythe County
- Adopters must fill out an Adoption Application Form - speed up adoption by bringing a completed form with you when visiting the shelter or E-mail it to shelter@wytheco.org
- Adopters must sign an agreement to have the adopted pet vaccinated and spayed or neutered within 30 days of adoption.
- Adopters must return the proof of sterilization paperwork within seven (7) days of dog being spayed or neutered.
- Dogs that have been spayed/neutered are available for adoption to anyone including out of state residents.

Wythe County Dog Shelter is looking for volunteers to walk the dogs Monday through Friday between 8:30-10am.
